Could the sorting of transcripts be set as a default across my workspace? Currently it doesn't keep the sort settings even when going from one folder to another. It always defaults back to the order it was entered. Could this be improved? Thanks!

We need to get a response other than an email via API as soon as the transcription is ready, so our system can show it.

Using iPhone XS Max. On iPhone you can’t view version with subtitles unless you export. Writing is terrible because there’s text editor from happyscrible and iOS at the same time when you click text. Website is not mobile-friendly. I think that best option is to build IOS app.
