Yes, there must be transcriptionists at the company who are multilingual. It is unjust that multilingual individuals cannot be fully represented in a single transcription due to this monolingual transcrption policy.

SUGGESTION: User can tell the primary language and the secondary language. It can do first pass transcribing primary language, also marking unrecognised portions.
In 2nd pass it processes the marked portions only, reducing the number of minutes consumed in the 2nd pass. Option to translate 2nd pass into primary language.

It would be nice if the transcription program could make a difference between two (or more) languages. Now sometimes Dutch instruction sentences are transcribed as being English which obviously leads to jibberisch. It would also help if I could say if Dutch: don't transcribe
