- Select a section of audio and cut out audio with text.
- Rearranging the lines of text to create an edit
- Removing filler sounds, stuttering and mouth sounds from the audio

This would be convenient. Even if they didn't cut it but just let you choose start and finish time. But on the flip side, if you trim before uploading, it's quicker overall and less data that they need to store (and they pay for the storage).
Here is an article from the helpdesk -
https://help.happyscribe.com/article/888-cutting-files-before-upload
But I highly recommend https://mifi.github.io/lossless-cut/ which is much much quicker.

Having the ability to set the timeframe of transcriptions to skip the transcribing of intros, outros, filler content, etc would be awesome. Not only would it save on our credits but it also removes any unwanted text from my transcription so less editing is needed.

Get rid of repetitions, "and and", "this this", and other longer phrases which can usually be omitted from a transcript

Similar to Descript or Pictory, to shorten videos by automatically removing uhhh, ahh, and none-words.

transcribe parts of long Youtube videos

I would kindly request that we are able to determine which parts of large youtube videos (i.e. over 1hour) so that we spend the credits very specifically.
for instance I would want to be able to determine that only
min 3 to 12 and min 43 to 54 are transcribed from an hour long video - in this way i will spend 20 min of credit instead of 1 hour

Transcribe Snippets, Not the whole audio or video

I'm wondering if it would be possible to upload a file and mark clips for translation. I.e. not translating a whole file, just sections of it.
I find that there some great material out there on podcasts, YouTube audiobooks etc and it's just really time-consuming to make notes from them. A two-hour podcast may have 2 × 4 minutes worth of information that I'd like save in a doc somewhere. I don't really want to transcribe 2 hours to get 8 minutes of information. I could of course just clip everything together with something like adobe audition, but I'm just thinking in terms of making an easier workflow if there was a player (like your subtitles player) that allowed you to zip back and forth in a file and just transcribe the snippets you wanted on the fly.

It would be great to be able to trim the video in the editor
