I have just taken a look at the file and it looks like Language Spoken was selected as English when it was actually Danish. As a result, the AI was looking for English speech, and as it didn't find any, it resulted in a blank transcript.

The good news is that this is super easy to fix! You just need to re-upload the file and select the correct spoken language.

Don't worry about being charged a second time. When you re-upload your files for our Automatic Service, our system recognises this and won't charge you a second time.
