All our subtitles are formatted for horizontal videos. For customers with vertical videos, it takes a lot of editing to make them appear correctly.

Customers raise the option to have one or two or three lines of subs. Many users only want one line per cell, not two. The workaround is to deleted double lined cells and replace with two single lined cells - which takes quite a lot of time to do
