Generate translations in batch

It would be great to be able to batch-generate translations, rather than have to select them each individually, wait for it to do the work, download, then select the next, wait again, download, etc. It's just long enough to be annoying.
Much like we can upload multiple videos to caption in the background, it would be great to set translation of captions in the background to download later.

Hey Guy Mannerings we know this is only half of what you asked for, but we closed the issue because we are quite convinced most people that voted were only thinking on what Pau just implemented.
I've forked the issue so that those of you that want to translate multiple files at once can vote for it:

Any news on if this will come?
An easy way to do it would be to be able to go to your list of transcriptions/subtitles, click the checkbox next to each one you want to translate, then click a "translate" button, choose the languages you want to translate to, then click to perform the translations.
Then you should be able to download them in bulk, too.

Guy Mannerings: Thanks so much for following up on this. This is definitely on the top of our mind. We know the usability for translation is just not great. Not only this issue with the selection, but also the fact that you cannot compare line by line the tranlated and the original texts.
I am sorry this is taking so long, we have been focusing on other parts of the platform this year. On this second half of the year we are definitely going to put effort on translation. Including fixing this usability issue. (sorry about the timeline being so vague)

Yoel Cabo: Thanks, Yoel! Glad to hear it's on the table and you are looking at improving how translations work :-) .
